    FytFree is committed to transparency. We do not collect or store the nutrition, health, or calculator data you enter. Calculations run locally in your browser where possible. However, our hosting provider and advertising partners may process limited technical data as described below.
  

1. Who We Are

FytFree ("we", "us", "our") is a free nutrition and wellness tools website available at mynutrafyt.com. We provide free calculators, diet guides, glycemic index data and meal planning tools. Contact: contact@mynutrafyt.com

2. Calculator Data

The values you enter into our calculators — such as age, height, weight, gender, activity level, goal and calorie targets — are used only to calculate results in your browser. We do not intentionally collect, transmit or store this calculator data on our servers. This data stays on your device.

3. Technical Data

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically process technical data for security, performance and abuse prevention purposes. This may include:

IP address
Browser type and version
Device information and operating system
Pages visited and timestamps
Error logs

This data is processed by Netlify under their own Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Advertising

FytFree uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Where required by law (including in the EU/EEA), we ask for your consent before enabling advertising cookies.

Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to:

Serve ads based on your interests and browsing activity

9. Data Retention

We do not retain calculator or health data — it is never sent to our servers. Technical server log data is retained by Netlify according to their data retention policies. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser for up to 1 year.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of FytFree after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
