FytFree ("we", "us", "our") is a free nutrition and wellness tools website available at fytfree.com. We provide free calculators, diet guides, glycemic index data and meal planning tools. Contact: contact@fytfree.com
The values you enter into our calculators — such as age, height, weight, gender, activity level, goal and calorie targets — are used only to calculate results in your browser. We do not intentionally collect, transmit or store this calculator data on our servers. This data stays on your device.

If you choose to download one of our free guides (such as the 7-Day Starter Plan) or sign up for updates, we collect the email address you enter in the sign-up form. We use it to send you the guide you requested and occasional emails with free tips, tools and offers from FytFree.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the sign-up form. Processor: we use MailerLite to store our mailing list and send emails on our behalf. MailerLite processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You may also email contact@fytfree.com to access, correct or delete your data. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Optional Calorie Tracker account: our Calorie Tracker works without an account (data stays in your browser). If you choose to create a free account to sync it across your devices, we store your email address and the food entries and calorie goal you log. This data is stored securely via Supabase, our database provider (processed under its own Privacy Policy), and is only ever visible to you. You can delete your account and all its data at any time by emailing contact@fytfree.com.
FytFree uses Google AdSense to display advertisements, and Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics. Where required by law (including in the EU/EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before enabling non-essential (advertising and analytics) cookies. Analytics cookies only load after you accept them on our cookie banner.

These rights apply to the personal data we hold — your email address, if you signed up — as well as any technical data held by our processors. To exercise them, email contact@fytfree.com, or contact the relevant processor (MailerLite or Cloudflare) directly.
If you sign up to our email list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you create a Calorie Tracker account, your email and logged entries are kept until you delete the account or ask us to remove them. We do not retain calculator or health data entered into our other calculators — it is never sent to our servers. Technical server log data is retained by Cloudflare according to their data retention policies. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser for up to 1 year.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of FytFree after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
